The idol in this temple is very ancient. Here the idol appeared with miracles in the year 1142 of the Vikram era. This idol was reinstalled in a new temple under the auspice desire of Acharya Abhaydevsurishvarji on the fifth day of the bright half of the month of Magh in the year 1942 of the vikram era. It was renovated several times. Once again the idol was reinstalled under instructions of shree Ganivarya Bhavavijayji, on the fifth day of the bright half of the month of Chaitra in the year 1715 of the vikram era. The idol is Black-colored idol of Bhagawan Parshvanath in the semi-Padmasana posture around 107 centimeters high. This idol is very miraculous and is famous for getting their diseases removed with the grace of Lord Shri Antariksh Parshvanath ji. It is said that at the time of its installation the idol was at horizontal distance of six fingers from the ground level. This is the reason that it is called Antariksh Parshvanath Bhagawan. Now a day the right part of the idol touches the ground barely at one point only and the remaining part just hangs it over. Only the faithful fortunate devotees see miracles these days. A fair is held on the third day of the bright half of the month of Fagan and on then tenth day of the dark half of the month of Magasar.
